Project Planner

Our client, active in de datacenters, is growing fast and is looking for an additional Project Planner.

This is a new position (±100FTE) where your main areas of responsibility will be planning and constantly monitoring of:
- project engineering,
- project milestones,
- resource,
- site activities

You will be working in close contact with project management team and program managers. Your stakeholders are execution project managers, lead engineers, system engineers, line managers and sales. You need to build strong stakeholder relationships to define their needs and consider the resource impacts in the department.

We are looking for a project planner who will fit the team of driven and relative young professionals for our relatively new line of business (Distribution Systems). We are specialists in the design and delivery of custom build energy solutions for a very demanding market both national as international. Focus is on Datacenter projects.

Responsibilities:
Together with project management, you will be responsible for the project planning and Operational project activities. You also analyze and monitor resourcing and provide accurate workforce planning to optimize available resources. Since this is a new position (project planner) within the center of competence you will partly find a blank canvas to define your own way of working in cooperation with project management and our resource planner.

Requested:
• Minimum of 5 years relative work experience, preferably in an international projects environment with profound knowledge of planning software and tools i.e. MS Project, Primavera or similar.
• Precise, positive critical
• Proactive with ownership mindset
• Flexible working attitude, hands-on and result driven
• Good communicator, stress resistance and able and willing to work in a hectic project environment.
• Fluent in English, basic Dutch or willing to learn.
• Already living and working in The Netherlands (EU passport holder).
