Project Service Manager

?The technical requirements have to be a minimum of 8 to 10 years experience in PV Construction, ideally with at least 5 years experience in large projects in Spain.

· Support the Development Project Manager for Projects Assurance Reviews and Internal Authorizations.
· Coordinate the definition of the project WBS.
· Ensure the planning, monitoring and updating of the project schedule.
· Ensure the definition of the project budget accuracy.
· Ensure and coordinate the execution of project risk management activities.
· Consolidate and track potential and approved project changes.
· Support the Execution Project Manager in the administration of the projects contracts.
· Define and update project baselines.
· Ensure the monitoring and update of the project workload and schedule, progress, and cost figures.
· Ensure an accurate and timely project reporting.
· Ensure the update of Company database.
· Ensure the control of project documents
