QA/QC Inspector -Finishing

A leading Contracting company in Riyadh Saudi Arabia has an immediate requirement for a QA QC Inspector - Architectural Finishing

Role Description:
Responsible for establishing and maintaining the Quality control program on whichever project may be assigned. He should also participate in district efforts to promote quality control under the direction of the Project Quality Manager.

Responsible for carrying out the inspection and test to check whether the construction works of the company conform to the specified requirements and conditions.


Skills required:
- Diploma in Architectural ( finishing specialization is a plus )
- Minimum of 10 years experience in similar position related to architectural and Finishing works in Construction Projects
- Familiar with various construction methods and materials
- Familiarity in the following areas: Site survey, inspection and snagging, - - - - Project and Quality Management, Project planning and handover
- Familiarity with ISO standards is a plus (ISO 9001:2015, Health and safety management system to OHSAS18001 (ISO45001) )
- Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft office suite of programs
- English oral & written communication skills are required
- Should have a European Experience in Architectural Finishing
