QC Painting Inspector
Location: Jamnagar, Gujarat
Experience: 10+ Years (Construction Site QC – Painting, Insulation, Fireproofing)
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Painting Inspector with extensive experience in industrial and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in painting applications and inspections, as well as insulation and fireproofing works.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct quality assurance and control inspections for surface prep, coating systems, insulation, and fireproofing on-site.

Monitor application processes to ensure compliance with international standards (e.g., NACE, SSPC, ASTM) and client specifications.

Document daily inspections, prepare QA/QC reports, and maintain robust records.

Coordinate with project teams, third-party inspectors, and client representatives to resolve quality-related issues.

Perform DFT measurements and visual inspections using calibrated instruments.

Verify materials, batch records, and certification documentation for site use.

Promote safe working practices during all inspection activities.
Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or related)

Certifications such as NACE Level I/II, SSPC, or BGAS preferred

Strong understanding of industrial paint systems, insulation materials, and fireproofing methods

Working knowledge of ISO 9001, QA/QC protocols, and inspection workflows

Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills
