We currently seek a high caliber Quality Assurance Coordinator for a long-term basis within our client’s team of experienced professionals. Based in Torrance, CA

Job Requirements:
• This role reports to the PBF Reliability Department. Primary responsibility is the coordination of completed work packages / QC documentation for construction work during the turnaround.
• Will work with contractors, in coordination with client representatives, to communicate work package requirements and processes for all disciplines (piping, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation).
• Will maintain the status worksheet and coordinate information and package transmittals among parties.
• During the turnaround, will provide daily status reports on total QA packages complete, issues, etc.
• The client systems are utilized, not Fluor systems.
• Expected to gain an understanding of the client work processes and support their work-flows.
• Field inspections are not part of this scope of services.
• This is a coordination and management of work-flow position.
• Good relationship and communication skills required.
• An understanding of typical QA package development and approval is needed, as well as experience in mechanical completion, punch out, pre-startup safety reviews.
• Self-guided individual who demonstrates independent / critical thinking is required.
• Skilled in Excel required.
• RSO trained a plus.
