Here is a new opportunity to join a large-scale project in Windsor, Ontario as a Receptionist/Office Administrator! You will be working within a leading EPCM/construction firm alongside likeminded, ambitious individuals. As a Receptionist/Office Administrator, you will act as a customer facing position that will provide friendly and positive customer service to internal/external customers and visitors in addition to being responsible for the day-to-day office administration for the CA office.

Job duties:
- Warmly greet all visitors and co-workers across all mediums (face-to-face, email, phone, Teams). Ensure all visitors sign in prior to directing them to appropriate person
- Oversee all aspects of general office coordination
- Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences, at the direction of management.
- Receive packages and incoming mail and distribute timely. Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipment.
- Manage monthly fuel and mileage reports for project ensuring all reports are submitted, follow up for those not received. Provide mileage report to finance and JV partners.
- Updates and distributes contact list for project, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Shares list with all employees as updates are made.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required, degree in Business Administrator or similar field strongly preferred.
- 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
