We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to take on the following responsibilities:
• Manage and execute the day-to-day recruitment processes of both exempt and non-exempt positions through conducting full-life cycle recruitment activities to include sourcing strategies, pre-screening candidates, arranging/participating in interviews and negotiating offers at all levels
• Develop creative talent acquisition strategies to build on-going talent pipelines of qualified, diverse, active and passive candidates for positions now and in the future.
• Lead the creation of a recruiting, screening and interviewing plan for each open position with HR Business Partners and Hiring Manager
• Maintain daily activity and documentation in the applicant tracking system and other recruitment tracking tools throughout the recruitment process
• Utilize traditional and emerging recruiting channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, job boards, posting job advertisements to build talent pipelines
• Implement and coordinate recruiting job fairs or industry events to include college and technical schools. Attend these events as required
• Prepare recruiting metrics for management as required
• Perform other special projects and duties as assigned
• Travel as required
Experience/Education Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in recruitment
• Experience recruiting and developing sourcing strategies
• Experience and knowledge of internet search tools/techniques and state of the art sourcing and recruiting of both active and passive candidates
• Previous agency or search firm background experience including contract staffing a plus
• LinkedIn Recruiter experience preferred
• Excellent interview, evaluation and negotiation skills
• Experience working and documenting in an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Success Factors
• Working knowledge of Federal and State regulations as related to Human Resources
• Petrochemical Industry experience preferred
• Business acumen skills preferred
• Passion for and dedication for ensuring positive candidate experience
• Ability to lead in a team environment
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational, prioritization and follow through skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
