Project Location: Nepal
Years of experience: 10 to 20 years
Position Type: Full Time

Construction Management
- Monitor & Report Construction Activities in relation with established Project Schedule & Timelines.
- Review Daily Construction work progress (Planned Vs Actual), Coordinate with GC / Subcontractors for timely completion of works with required Safety & Quality.
- Conduct regular Site Meetings with Respective Contractors - Pre Job-Meet, Works Progress review, Quality & Safety Meetings.
- Lead Technical Meetings related MEP Packages.
- Recommend & Implement best Construction Methods / Process.
- Review & provide recommendation to Construction Manager on all RFI & FCR's.
- Record deviations in the construction schedule, methodology & Design, advise all stakeholders.
- Adhere with established Document Control Process & Maintain required project documents
- Review of GFC Drawings before release for compliance with Tender drawing technical compliance
- Record all Design Changes for Technical Code / Standard Compliance & Cost implications
- Witness all Inspection & Testing as per QA / QC plan for their respective trade.
- Record all Deviations, Issue NCN and approve corrective actions taken to comply NCN.
- Assist Construction Manager in Manage & Monitor the process for Source approval, Material sample approval, Inward Material Inspection report & TDS review.
