"Our international client is looking for a RESPONSIBLE HULL & LO ENGINEERING who will be responsible for delivering (or supervising in case of EPC contracts) Engineering Studies and deliverables during the project execution. This role will be based in SHANGHAI, CHINA."

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• To coordinate a team of specialist engineers, assuring the quality, the consistency and the timely execution of the Hull and LQ engineering activities of FLNG’s floating unit. To ensure that contractor structural designs and specifications meet project objectives, engineering requirements and industry best practice.
• Coordinate engineering disciplines.
• Quality and consistency of Hull & LQ system definition.
• Engineering activities completion according to project plan.
• Overall technical integrity of FLNG Hull & LQ Systems.
• to ensure delivery of as built and vendor documentation.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Accredited Degree / Naval Engineer or Civil/Structural Engineer or equivalent.
• Fluent Knowledge of English
• Intermediate knowledge of the local language (if required)
• Minimum 10 years of Offshore Oil & Gas Industries experience
• At least 8 years of experience in Naval / LQ Engineering of Floating Unit
• At least 5 years of experience as Engineering Coordinator
