Leading solar developer & EPC company with 350 MW installed & 300 MW of corporate PPA under development in this financial year 2020 for C&I (Commercial & Industrial) customers.
Expertise in Customer PPA, Land sourcing, Grid Connectivity and end-to-end solar project development and Asset Management.




Worked closely with construction manager and contractors to ensure site’s safety
Maintaining good quality audit system for their construction machineries such as heavy equipment’s, cranes, trailers, excavator, loader, forklift, etc.

Carried out routine monitoring of the construction site to ensure safety measures are in place.

Coordinated meetings on safety measures and conducted worksite inspections.

Conducted in-house training sessions on site that included hazard assessments and orientations.

Collected statistical data and reports.
Supervised site safety performances and prepared reports
Organized construction safety training programs.
Conducted on- site safety observations on a regular basis.

Provided construction safety services for projects and operation and maintenance
Supervision and taking care in execution of electrical works in each respect- cable laying , back filling of trenches, SCB mounting, termination, earthing jobs, HT, LT panel
