JOB SUMMARY
Manages complex accounts and prospects for new business to increase Petrochemical polyolefin sales within an assigned territory. Manages all aspects of the selling process – business development, pricing, sales policies, customer payment terms and conditions, supply and quality issue management, forecasting, and customer safety stock management. Large strategic account management is a key element to developing senior level penetration both internally and externally. As this challenge includes selling out new capacity, a real hunter mentality is an absolute requirement.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manages, develops and grows converter accounts in assigned geography.
• Drives sales of product portfolio to emphasize profitable growth of client resins.
• Manage select OEMs and suppliers in territory to identify new and existing applications that could utilize client resins.
• Maintains strong customer relationships with key molder and OEM base.
• Facilitate resolution of day-to-day customer issues.
• Developing and Implementing Sales and Marketing Strategies for growth.
• Work across functional areas to develop efficient processes from target through product delivery.
MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Minimum of 6-9 years sales or marketing experience
• C4 and C6 metallocene LLDPE experience is a must
• Global business account experience desired
• Experience managing and growing market territory
• Having an existing PE film converter network within Latin America
• Self-starter with the drive and passion to succeed
• Excellent communication and matrix management skills
• Sound technical background, with commercial sense to deliver results
• Strong Business Acumen
• Proficient Spanish language skills
