Shape the Future of Refining & Petrochemicals
Our team plays a pivotal role in improving chemical technologies and refining processes across the Rotterdam and Antwerp region. We partner directly with refinery and petrochemical engineers, helping them run safer, cleaner, and more efficient operations.

Your Impact as a Sales & Service Engineer
This role blends technical depth with commercial drive. You’ll be the person customers trust—both for operational support and for strategic guidance on how chemical solutions can elevate their performance.

What you’ll take ownership of
•    Building long term customer relationships and uncovering new commercial opportunities
•    Acting as the technical interface between customers and internal specialists
•    Managing chemical supply, stock, sampling, testing, and process reporting
•    Coordinating laboratory work and providing hands on technical support
•    Ensuring HS&E compliance across all activities
•    Leading improvement programs, tenders, technical requests, and chemical trials
•    This is a role where your engineering background becomes a business advantage—and where your insights directly influence customer success.
 
What You Bring
•    A degree in chemical engineering (or another engineering field with relevant experience)
•    Experience in refineries, petrochemical plants, or laboratory environments
•    Familiarity with HS&E and QA standards in chemical operations
•    Strong understanding of chemical test methods and industrial processes
•    Full proficiency in Dutch and English
