The role will Manage sales regions to ensure future profitable growth in orders and revenue. Develop and mentor area of responsibility. Implement sales plan to promote growth of direct and indirect sales channels to achieve and exceed annual sales targets.
1. Monitor, measure and report results of all Plans.
2. Establish, manage and direct a regional direct and/or indirect sales organization.
3. Set pricing strategy on major projects and work with all manufacturing divisions to support profitable sales.
4. Maintain reports for active projects and opportunities and support monthly reporting process.
5. Maintain files and data on sales history, account history, installation references, representative contracts and sales engineer performance.
6. Provide leadership to the organization with new product launches, focus on spare parts sales, and development of service business.
7. Attend or take all possible training as provided by the company.
8. Travel extensively in the assigned territory and for company meetings.
9. Develop detailed annual plan for Saudi Arabia to support the company's expansion goals.
10. Submit timely reports requested by Sales management.
11. Implement the Company Commercial Process.
12. Communicate regularly and globally on market activity, projects, accounts, competition
13. Strive to meet and exceed all sales goals. Communicate routinely and effectively with all important customers.
14. Develop business at key accounts and support global effort with Strategic Account customers.
15. Communicate globally and provide sales leadership for territory, country, account, projects, and strategic account sales developments.
16. Support the business in resolving and negotiating problems with T&C’s, project communication, and customer issues internally and externally.
Education: 4 year technical (engineering, preferred) or business degree and/or equivalent experience
Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in Technical Sales management with emphasis on API610 Engineered pumps.
