Scheduling Expert

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze project schedules, critical paths, and monitor progress reporting.
• Review EPC Contractor Monthly Reports, including contractors’ progress and milestone achievements.
• Evaluate project schedule progress and performance, identifying developing problem areas.
• Analyze critical paths and constraints to determine the effects of changes to the schedule and recommend work-arounds.
• Support the project management team in maintaining timely and effective change management processes, procedures, and systems.
• Evaluate performance and develop periodic progress reports to keep management informed on project progress.
• Conduct analyses to determine alternative courses of action or recovery on slipped schedules.
• Recommend actions to ensure the project remains within budget and is completed on time.

• Proven experience in scheduling and project management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in scheduling software (P6) and tools.
