Senior Consents Manager

TRS Staffing are excited to announce multiple opportunities for Consents Managers.

We are currently looking for a Senior Consents Manager, Environmental, Planning and Highways Consents Managers to join an industry leading civil engineering specialist in infrastructure, construction, and design.

The roles:

Senior Consents Manager:
The role will see you lead, guide, and oversee the Designers in preparing documentation for applying, negotiating, and obtaining the various consents we require.
You will also own and manage the recording of consents into the relevant registers and reporting this to the Project Director and Senior Leadership Team
Environmental Consents Manager:
The role will see you be responsible for maintaining developing and implementing the project environmental management system.
You will also provide environmental training for all project personnel to include induction, toolbox talks and specific training for personnel with specific environmental responsibilities.

Highways Consents Manager:
The role will see you be part of the Traffic and Highways team within the contract-wide Consents & Engagement function, led by the Traffic & Highways Team Leader, providing a flexible service.
You will coordinate and manage Highways Consents in accordance with the Route-wide Traffic Management Plan.

Planning Consents Manager:
The role will see you be a point of contact between the Integrated Project Team and the local planning authorities such that planning consents for the main works are prepared and submitted to meet the requirements for the Stage 2 programme.
You will employ a collaborative approach within the Integrated Project Team, to ensure local planning authorities are provided suitable opportunities to review the planned submissions during the pre-application stage and their reasonable requirements are taken into account.
