Senior Electrical Estimator

Here is a new and exciting opportunity to work with our client in Vaughan, Ontario on ICI projects as a Senior Electrical Estimator! Reporting into the owners of the company the Senior Electrical Estimator will provide expertise in electrical systems and the construction industry to ensure successful project completion. The qualified individual should have a proven track record of success in electrical estimating and is required to have proficient experience in the Accubid estimating software system.

Job Duties:
- Participation in bid preparation and take-off procedures
- Interpretation and implementation of blueprints and technical
drawings
- Supporting in the construction project management of ICI
projects of different scopes and values through expertise in
electrical estimating
- Mentorship of intermediate and junior estimators
- Obtain quotations for suppliers

Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering and or license
309A/442
- Advanced understanding of Ontario Electrical Safety Code
- Proficient understanding of Accubid Estimating software is a
requirement
- Strong computer system background in Microsoft office
applications
