Senior Estimator

Role: Senior Estimator
Salary: £350-450 per day, depending on experience
Location: London

Are you looking for your next Estimator role? This is an opportunity to work on a major programme within the Rail and Infrastructure sectors

You will be required to lead on delivering and developing the estimating workbank for their Infrastructure sectors.

To be successful in this role you will have proven experiences in delivering cost estimates for large infrastructure projects within Rail or Highways
You must have some multi-disciplinary experience

Key responsibilities will include:
Estimating from First Principles
Putting together cost plans and estimates
Providing technical input to ensure estimates are both accurate and timely
Liaising with commercial team members and key stakeholders and ensure that you continue to add value/adjust internal system
Bid Management
Preparing submissions
Build rapport and relationships with key clients

To be considered for this role you will have:
Experience of Estimating and/or cost planning.
Skilled in apprising management and client for the quality and risks of conceptual and detailed estimates
Excellent skill in oral and written communication with demonstrated skill to make effective presentations to management and client.
