Senior Quality Manager

TRS Staffing Solutions has opportunities for a Senior Quality Manager to work for one of Canada's top employers and a global leader in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management industry. In this role, you will be have a significant impact on regional and offices quality policies and programs.  

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and oversee technical quality, manage administrative functions, and foster positive client relations.

- Serve as a project or office Quality Manager when necessary.

- Facilitate Operating System Requirements (OSR) implementation.

- Maintain relationships with internal and external clients and the Quality community.

- Ensure consistent policy and procedure implementation across business lines and locations.

- Analyze situations, prioritize projects, and meet critical deadlines.

- Adhere to company Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies.

- Develop and apply Core Skills to the job effectively.

- Travel as required for business matters.

- Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality.

- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Accredited four-year degree or equivalent with twelve years of related experience.

- Strong communication skills, job-related technical knowledge, and ability to learn and apply relevant statutes and guidelines.

- Attention to detail and time-conscious work ethic.
