Our client has an urgent requirement for a LTD Company Walk 2 Work Planner to join our Operations Department supporting a Work 2 Work campaign for an FPSO.
The ideal company will have experience of either delivering planning for Walk to Work campaigns, Shutdowns or Turnarounds for Offshore Operational Assets.
Scope of Services:
Services to be supported during the duration of the contract are detailed below. A requirement to undertake additional services shall be mutually agreed by way of contract amendment:
- Creating and managing a suitably detailed W2W / Shutdown plan and Schedule from worklist, highlighting risks in schedules and provide mitigating action, identifying critical path activities and manpower requirements.
- identifying and communicating any SIMOP activities within the shutdown plan
- translate specified deliverables into a clear schedule of activities to ensure W2W / Shutdown scopes are met
- W2W, Shutdown and Asset plans and POB profiles are aligned throughout the year, and that key pre and post W2W / shutdown activities are correctly reflected in the asset plans
Deliverables:
Services should be provided to enable production of the following deliverables where required as part of project specific works, specific clients and durations will be called off as part of the purchase order.
Key deliverables to include:
- Detailed W2W Plan to shutdown level detail and Schedule from worklist
- Maintaining a POB histogram for all W2W activities.
- Advise on current and upcoming W2W activities, discussing planning issues and updating the project plan accordingly.
