Staffing Coordinator

TRS Staffing Solutions has an excellent opportunity for a Staffing Coordinator working at our TRS office in Midnapore, South Calgary. This is a great opportunity to gain experience working as part of a large company, involved in mega projects across Canada.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Regional Manager, supporting the Canada Team
• Coordinating interviews with prospective candidates and clients, using phone and web-based tools (WebEx)
• Inputting information into a CRM/ATS for tracking purposes
• Providing basic contract assignment details (rates, schedule, camp conditions)
• Accessing calendars on multiple systems to confirm availability of contractors and decision makers.
• Perform other administrative duties as required, including providing verbal and written contracts

Requirements:

• Degree in Business or Office Administration is a major asset
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Mining & Metals, Infrastucutre, Power Generation, or other heavy industrial projects is a major asset
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in similar capacity
• Team player and able to do multiple tasks, and manage competing priorities
