This would be a long term opportunity with an established and highly reputable company that is looking for a Strategy Manager with experience with one of the "Big Four" companies. It would be an advantage for the candidate to have some experience in the construction/infrastructure/transportation industries.
The role is appropriate for candidates with between 6-12 years of experience.
Salary is negotiable and the company offer great expatriate benefits including family status.
Job Summary:
To define and develop the organisation’s strategic objectives and goals and to optimize organizational performance through continuous assessment, development and implementation of improvement opportunities. To facilitate annual business planning process with senior management and department heads. To monitor and report on the performance of the organisation in meeting its goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and monitor the implementation of corporate strategy
– Work with the Managing Director and Executive team to develop the long term Corporate Strategy and Business Model
– Run the process to develop the annual 5-year strategic Business Plan
– Identify key opportunities and strategic issues impacting the short and long term goals
– Evaluate opportunities including the development of business cases which may include market research and analysis, cost-benefit analysis and financial modelling
– Monitor the implementation of strategic opportunities identified in the annual Business Planning process
– Keep abreast of transportation and mobility developments worldwide and identify future trends that may impact corporate strategy
– Identify opportunities to institutionalize and improve the strategic planning process throughout the organization
• Manage corporate performance
– Define the performance management framework, measures (KPIs), targets, benchmarks and process
– Work with the Corporate Planning team to collect and review performance data and develop reports to management
