TRS Staffing Solutions has exciting opportunities for a Structural Design Supervisor role to work for one of Canada's top employers and a global leader in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management industry. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform bulk material quantity take-offs.
• Review and validate design work completed by others when necessary.
• Coordinate closely with the Lead Engineer and multidisciplinary teams.
• Track project schedules to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Review drawings and vendor documents for compliance with project requirements, addressing any inconsistencies proactively.
• Lead and assign tasks to project designers while offering guidance and oversight.
• Adhere to applicable codes, industry standards, and internal procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline, with at least 20 years of industry experience.
• Minimum of five years of hands-on experience with S3D and other CADD tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage team output and delegate responsibilities to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with material pricing and supply considerations.
• Strong attention to detail and effective organizational skills.
• Solid foundation in structural design concepts and practices.
• Excellent communication skills for working with team members, leadership, clients, and contractors.
• Skilled in using spreadsheet and presentation software.
