Tempoary Assignment commencing early January 2020 through to Mid March

Major Duties / Key Responsibilities:

1.     Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

2.     Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

3.     Support the Company in selecting Subsea Contractor for work execution and set expectations.

4.     Implement pre planning activities including liaise with the selected vendor for mobilization and demobilization of equipment and personnel.          

5.     Visit Subsea Contractor facilities (Diving Support Vessel, Remote Operated Vehicle, divers certifications) and evaluate their capabilities for meeting project deliverables safely, under budget and on time.

·               Review, check and approve all contracted diving personnel and ROV certifications.

·               Liaise with the Company’s representative to review all procedures (Remote Operated Vehicle, hose and Pipeline End Manifold valves replacement and diving inspection) provided by the subsea contractor. 

·               Evaluate the Diving Support Vessel and the Remote Operated Vehicle’s suitability for the scope in hand

·               Evaluate divers qualifications and suitability to perform the diving work;

6.     Attend project conferences and meeting either remotely or onsite as required to maintain proficiency.

7.     Review documentations (drawings, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams, previous subsea campaign reports and history) related to the facilities to be inspected (platforms, subsea pipelines, Berth I & II subsea structures, etc.)

8.     Material purchase and procurement review with the Company’s representative.

9.     Ensure that adequate level of materials and spares are on board on vessel to maintain efficient and uninterrupted work during hose and PLEM valves change out.

10.  Be on-board of the vessel with the Company’s representative during the execution phase of the project.

11.  Direct supervision, monitoring and auditing of contractor activities during executing underwater diving inspection, Remote Operated Vehicle inspection and hose and Pipeline End Manifold valves change out.

12.   Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

13.  Fulfil any other Company’s specific requirements including, but not limited to, participation in project meetings, conferences, job site visits, etc.

14.  Review, evaluate and analyse with Company’s management team the subsea inspection findings (Remote Operated Vehicle & diving) and propose/ recommend corrective actions.

15.  Additional responsibilities will be assigned as required to meet company business needs.

16.  Prepare the final report of the project at the end of Phase 2 of the project.

 

Job Requirements:

Extensive experience working as project manager in subsea inspection is required. At minimum, the following skill sets are required:

  • Underwater visual and NDT inspection services (non-destructive test)

 

  • Visual recognition and familiarity with pipelines, flow lines, control umbilical and cables.

  • Subsea intervention and maintenance
  • ROV operations both inspection class and work class
  • ROV assistance during offshore construction work.
  • ROV assistance during operations involving the laying of pipelines, flowlines, control umbilical and cables and commissioning operations.
  • ROV assistance in the commissioning and inspection of offshore structures.
  • Dive Spread management including knowledge of SAT dive teams.
  • Previous experience in overseeing dive team construction and repair projects





Previous Work Experience:

10+ years related in subsea project management and integrity management experience preferred.10+ years related in subsea project management and integrity management experience preferred.



Computer Skills:

  • MS Office Suite--required

ACET/Vision, OpenText, SAP, MS Project and related software preferred.
