Superintendent

Our client, a construction firm with projects throughout Canada, is seeking a Superintendent to join their team in Prince George, BC.

Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for completing projects based off plans, budgets, and schedules, while prioritizing health and safety initiatives. They will be involved with creating look ahead schedules, preparing change orders, and ordering materials. Further to this, they will oversee the work and recruitment of field personnel.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in similar capacity as a Superintendent, Foreman, or related areas
- Must have previous experience in a supervisory position
- Software experience includes Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Project
- Outstanding communication skills– written and verbal
- Must be able to do occasional travel
