FUNCTION: TECHNICIAN VOUCHER

DURATION: CONTRACT (12 MONTHS RENEWABLE)

"TRS is urgently looking for an experienced Technician Voucher within the Oil and Gas Industry to join our leading international client's LNG Mozambique project team."

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Submits a voucher and ensure it is eligible for payment.
• Reviewing a voucher for work-related travel reimbursement and all corresponding receipts and that the expenses meet company guidelines.
• Process the payment or authorize payment.
• Work directly with a vendor or employee and set up voucher rates, conditions and terms and also if any payment issues come up.

TERTIARY QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Recognized and accredited degree or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role.
• Experience in Petrochemical plant environment, preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft suite of Applications and SAP.
