The Role
My Client a high profile name in the infrastructure sector is looking for a transformation lead to head up the implementation of the business realisation plan for all partners on the project.
This will be achieved by utilising the business realisation plan to ensure the structure and roadmap to deliver new processes and to make improvements to how things have been done in the past.

Responsibilities
To build strong working relationships with Major Projects Delivery Transformation partners and support the work streams by being a conduit of ideas into and out of the group and by sharing best practice.
Work closely with the PMO System & IT Lead, the Digital & Information Management Lead and the Production Function you will support a digital transformation across the whole project deliver team.
Calculate the Return on Investment (ROI) for new initiatives, develop business cases and rank and prioritise implementation for new initiatives
Set annual project delivery wide performance targets that are aligned to achieving the targets associated with the required outcomes and the Business Realisation Plan
Set scheme performance targets in line with the Business Realisation Plan
Escalate risks to meeting the required performance standards and proactively work across the group to develop recovery plans where required.
Monitor and report progress and performance against the Business Realisation Plan, including the KPIs that are aligned to group Outcomes.
Provide monthly status updates to the Deputy project Manager
Provide colleagues with regular feedback to assist their development and build overall team capability

Skills & Experience Required
Experienced at driving business performance improvement through optimisation of costs and effective
process improvement.
Relationship management skills; proven experience in building rapport, gaining credibility as part of a team,
building trust, working in partnership with cross functional teams and to proactively deliver upon commitments
and expectations.
Commercial acumen; interested and experienced in business, commercial and operational issues, their
interdependencies and the impact of these on performance.
The ability to interpret and communicate all aspects of performance data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence and engage with people, comfortable with
presenting ideas and views, able to constructively probe and offer an alternative perspective in discussions.
Resilient, self-motivated and able to remain calm under pressure when working to deadlines.
Time management and a highly organised approach as well as advanced level IT skills and the ability to pick
up new systems with ease.
