"TRS is looking for Turnaround Senior Planning Engineers with 10 -15 years' with shutdown and international experience within the Oil & Gas Industry for our upcoming projects."

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide direct supervision to the personnel assigned to the TIA Planning and Cost organization.
- Be accountable for the safety of the Planning and Cost group.
- Effectively lead the T/A Planners, schedulers and cost engineer(s) to meet the T/A overall objectives.
- Coach and guide the TIA planning personnel in how to handle and use various planning too!s.
- Facilitate the development and the approval of the refinery wide 5-10 Years Turnaround and Shutdown Plan.
- Implement Client's safety rules and regulations as they apply during the development of planned work packages.
- Develop and monitor the implantation of the related turnaround procedures, best practices and GRS6F.
- Develop and update the Turnaround Basis Memorandum.
- Manage the review of project packages prepared by Technical Department and Engineering Contractor.
- Participate in bids clarification and evaluation processes.
- Lead major works constructability reviews and JSAs i.e. major revamps and heavy lifting and transportation.
- Ensure that all projects "As Builts" are submitted by the contractors and projects spare parts and functional locations are updated in SAP.
- Develop and implement a contingency Plan for the T/A.
- Set mitigation actions to allow the company to overcome scope discovers during the TIA.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
- Recognized and accredited 3 year Diploma or 4 year Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 10-15 years practical recent experience in Design, Project Management, Fabrication QA/QC, Turnaround in the Oil & Gas Industry.
- Good overall knowledge of relevant engineering principles in a petrochemical plant.
