We are looking for a Turnover Admin to join our Client on an exciting pharmaceutical project. This is a contract role for at least 1 year based in Hillerød.
- Performs in a lead project support technician position on a project a project.
- Must be fully knowledgeable in project documentation, project procedures and relevant company policies and procedures.
- Plans and coordinates major project activities, including support a task force objectives and or project milestones.
- Participates in task force meetings
- Demonstrate proficiency on company standard personal computer equipment and software with the ability to train others
- Reports directly to task force project manager or project director
- Executes complex coordination / administrative task
- Responsible for ensuring that project correspondence and project documentations are handle according to a prescribed format
- Assist in writing editing, and updating the job (project) procedure manual
- Possesses indepth knowledge of set up, maintenance, and close out of company contract files and records retention procedure
- Understands task force organizational structure and importance of positive interface with clients and all disciplines toward overall effectiveness of the engineering, procurement and construction / field effort
- Comprehends client billing and task force related changes
- Sets up and maintains project log books and correspondence numbering system, both hard copy and electronic
- Knowledgeable of contract terms as they apply to reimbursability, mobilization, overtime, travel and other situations.
- Responsible for project directory and its distribution (including Project database such as Pro Arc and Tracker)
- Maintain knowledge of safety policies and procedure and performs assigned duties in a safe manner
- If supervising others, has responsibility for the safety of those being supervised and ensure they comply with established safety policies and procedure and practice safe work habits.
- • Supervises trains and coordinates activities of other project support technicians.
- Coordinates space allocation for project task force
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Superior organizational skills, judgment, flexibility.
- Excellent leadership skills / team player
