Client is looking for Utilities Engineer
Industry: Ethylene / Petrochemicals
Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Requirements/Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
- 13+ years of experience in project engineering within ethylene or petrochemical plants.
- Prior Saudi Arabia project experience is a MUST
- Proven expertise in brownfield projects, furnace installation, and equipment modifications.
- Familiarity with DSC/ESD systems and turnaround activities.
- Manage brownfield project scope within existing ethylene/petrochemical plants.
- Oversee furnace installation and commissioning.
- Execute equipment upgrades, including:
- CGC (Cracked Gas Compressor) modifications
- Pump modifications
- Column modifications
- Implement DSC/ESD upgrades for improved safety and reliability.
- Provide engineering support during turnarounds (TA).
- Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, company standards, and HSE protocols.
