We are on the lookout for a competent Water Boss to support project operations to manage and oversee water supply operations for large-scale marine and construction projects based in Abu Dhabi. This role involves ensuring efficient water distribution, maintaining equipment, and supporting project teams to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee water supply operations for marine and construction projects, ensuring continuous availability and efficient distribution.
- Operate and maintain water pumps, pipelines, and related equipment to support dredging and reclamation activities.
- Monitor water flow rates, pressure levels, and storage systems to meet project requirements.
- Coordinate with site teams and marine crews to ensure timely water delivery for operational needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to water supply systems to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of water usage, equipment performance, and maintenance activities.
- Plan and schedule water supply operations to align with project timelines and resource availability.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for water management processes and cost efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience with Dredging, sinker, floating pipeline operations and water works.
