Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team of subcontract engineers/administrators.
- Ensure the subcontract administration procedure is implemented and followed by subcontractors.
- Initiate and respond to letters and notices to and from Subcontractors as needed.
- Monitor the performance of Subcontractors.
- Support the project management team in identifying any variations or claims affecting the project program and forecasts, including delays and costs.
- Analyze site technical queries, site instructions, deviation requests to determine cost impacts, and lead price negotiations with subcontractors.
- Ensure that extra work, new unit prices, claims, back charges, liquidated damages, and close-out of Subcontracts are processed according to the relevant procedures.
- Regularly update Subcontracts Forecasts analysis.
- Manage the commercial close-out of subcontract agreements.
- Collect and share lessons learned, feedback, and experiences on construction issues and criticalities.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, construction management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles related to prefabrication piping and modules fabrication contexts.
- English language skills required.
