Utilities- Assistant Project Managers- Water, Electric, Gas, Telecom, Rail

Under the general direction of the Utilities Project Manager and the Utilities – Senior Project Manager coordinates utility work between the Authority, Design Builder, PCM teams, and third-party utilities. Develops, builds, and maintains a positive and productive relationship with third-party utilities or railroads. Works with Authority, PCM, and the design-builder to establish priorities, monitor progress and ensure compliance with Authority goals and requirements. Participate in utility and railroad issue resolution, prepare status reports, develops and maintains project tracking systems for issues and resolutions, and address the utility or railroad needs in a timely manner.

• Coordinate with the Authority, Design Builder, PCM teams, and third-party utilities or railroads, attend meetings, review project documents, report on discovered utility/railroad issues.
• Report on discovered utility/railroad issues and participate in issue resolution.
• Prepare status reports, and maintain a tracking log for issues and resolutions.
• Other duties as assigned
