Our Client is seeking to hire 3G welders for their day shift team in NW Houston. Qualified candidates will need to pass our 3G weld test prior to starting work.
Ability to pass applicable test(s) and applicable Non Destructive Exam
May weld brackets and braces and use grinders. May position pieces to be welded into jigs, holding fixtures, guides and steps using measuring instruments and hand tools. May perform position welds on code materials
Quality x-ray and ultrasound test welds with minimum rework
Proficient in flame and plasma cutting torches and automated equipment
Promotes and supports safety, production and positive attitude
