Napier Expert
Key Responsibilities:
• Use of Napier Grass as Feedstock for CBG.
• Share best practices on large-scale Napier grass cultivation for biogas purposes (yields, harvest cycles, input use).
• Recommend agronomic practices suited for Indian soil and climate conditions.
• Transfer know-how for silage making, presentation, and consistent supply chain.
• Advise on cost per ton optimization and feedstock quality monitoring.
