"TRS is urgently looking for an Architect, LEED Coordinator with Semi-Conductor Plant Design experience to join our International Client's Project team based in MANILA."

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Architectural designs and addresses organizational issues, practices and procurement plans.
• Create or maintain plans or other documents related to sustainability projects.
• Assess or propose sustainability initiatives, considering factors such as cost-effectiveness, technical feasibility, and acceptance.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Accredited Degree in Architectural Engineering qualification.
• Minimum 5-10 years of semi-conductor plant design experience in an Architectural, LEED Coordinator role.
