TRS Staffing is looking for an architect/architectural designer with significant buildings experience particularly with multi-discipline design.
Project requires a qualified architect, or person with significant buildings experience, to work alongside the Project Manager and Responsible Engineer to review the technical aspects of the architectural designs.
Duties to include:
- Act as the architectural technical expert to review and coordinate the designs submitted by the Design & Contractor(s) and ensure compliance with the Design Briefs.
- Coordinate the review and approval of the Design & Build Contractors technical documentation with other Fluor Engineering disciplines (Civil, Structural, Architectural, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Control Systems, HSE) and liaise with Responsible Engineer as required.
- Coordinate all architectural technical queries raised by the Design and Build Contractor(s) to Fluor Engineering Team and Client.
- Coordinate Material Approval submissions and ensure compliance with Project Specifications.
- Interface with European design office to undertake the above duties.
- Support Lead Project Architect with other discipline duties as required.
