About the role

TRS Staffing is currently searching for an Area Manager to join our esteemed clients team based in Perth. This position is based on a Monday to Friday full-time roster.  

Duties and responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations across the assigned project area to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

• Manage crews, supervisors, and subcontractors to meet schedule and quality expectations.

• Oversee planning, progress tracking, and coordination of all work activities.

• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all HSE requirements.

• Monitor resource usage, productivity, and costs within the area.

• Resolve operational issues and provide technical support to the field teams.

• Report on progress, risks, and upcoming priorities to project leadership.

Skills and experience required

• Experience leading multi‑discipline teams on large EPCM construction and commissioning projects.

• Strong mechanical and heavy industrial project background.

• Skilled in contractor supervision and site safety compliance.

• Able to interpret engineering drawings and resolve technical issues.

• Strong planning, scheduling, and commercial reporting capability.

• Proven track record delivering complex EPCM project scopes safely and on time.

• Must have balance design background.
