TRS Staffing Solutions is currently on the lookout for a talented Business Development Manager to join an engineering firm that excels in providing top-tier EPCM services.
Offering a diverse array of services, this company has a stellar reputation for delivering intricate projects punctually and within budget and has become a trusted ally for many leading businesses in the industry.
Location: Sarnia, Ontario
Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the oil and gas and refinery sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare and present proposals and bids.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the EPC industry.
• Strong understanding of the oil and gas sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
