Buyer

A leading engineering, procurement and construction company is looking for Buyers to work on an Oil & Gas refinery project and be based in Farnborough. We are looking for four Buyers in the following disciplines – Mechanical, Electrical, and  Instrumentation.

As a Buyer you will be have Purchasing duties with regard to prequalification of  suppliers, budget estimate support, issue of enquiries, evaluation of tenders, award and administration of Purchase Orders through to close out in support of project operations within established project Material Management Plans, policies and procedures. You may also have supervision of other Buyers

The successful candidate will have worked as Buyer for an EPC organization within the Oil&Gas industry. It is essential that you have either Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation Purchasing experience on a major project.
