Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain registers for all subcontracts to monitor the performance against the responsibilities undertaken as per the subcontract.
- Instruct the subcontractor on the procedure of administration.
Review and validate the progress payment submitted by subcontractors. - Assure that extra works, new unit prices, claims, back charges, liquidated damages and close out of the Subcontracts are performed / processed in accordance with the relevant procedure.
- Monitor key dates against dates defined in the main contract, any variations and claims submittal advice to project management team of the implications of project program and forecasts, if any (i.e. delays/costs).
- Analyze the issued site technical queries, site instructions, deviation requests to determine cost impact related to subcontracts
- Participate actively in change management and risk management sessions.
- Manage commercial close out of Subcontract Agreements. Follow up on Completion Certificates.
- Ensure collection and sharing of lessons learned, feedbacks and returns of experience on issues/criticalities encountered during subcontract management activities.
Qualification and Skills Requirements:
- Master's Degree/bachelor’s degree in: Legal / Law.
- At least 5 years of Legal skills, background and experience.
- Experience working in remote or international project environments.
- Fluent in English.
