Role description:
Due to on-going growth and a strong pipeline of work, our client's Perth based team has an exciting opportunity for a CCMS Coordinator. You will be working on a range of large-scale global and local projects for some of their reputable clients.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Lead the MCPLUS database use and reports to the Completions Manager.
- Manages / Implements the MCPLUS System for ERER project. Home Office/Site based as required
- Controls the Completions system to ensure integrity/control and maintainability.
- Training development programs for Staff & Customer & Contractor Users.
- Provides training to project personnel in the use of the system.
- Back up records tracks records and maintains the system.
- Liaise with IT on server and set up issues.
- Alignment of Check sheets, Preservation, Job card / Work packs and Certificates for use.
- Set-up the Completions Database within MCPLUS as per the requirements of the project.
- Load Eng. data into MCPLUS separating data into relevant tables as required.
- Management of Completion check sheets.
