Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee the delivery of civil works on-site for infrastructure projects across WA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Site Manager or Project Engineer, the candidate will be responsible for:

• Supervising civil construction activities including earthworks, drainage, and roadworks.

• Managing subcontractors and site personnel to ensure efficient and safe execution of works.

• Monitoring progress against schedule and reporting any delays or issues.

• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

• Reviewing plans and specifications to ensure constructability and adherence to design.

• Liaising with project engineers, clients, and other stakeholders to resolve site issues.

• Maintaining accurate site records including daily diaries, inspections, and progress reports.

Candidate Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Trade qualification or diploma in civil construction or engineering (preferred).

• 5–10 years of experience in civil construction supervision, ideally within WA.

• Strong knowledge of drainage systems, earthworks, and general civil infrastructure.

• Proven ability to manage teams and subcontractors on active construction sites.

• Familiarity with relevant Australian Standards and safety regulations.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Experience in mining, transport, or land development projects is desirable.
