Client Success Manager

Our client, a leading interior space and design manufacturing company in Calgary, AB, is looking for a Client Success Manager with a strong background in client relationship management. This position will require up to 50% travel.

Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling various client relationship management projects; handle intake of operational requirements for interior space and design projects; develop operational designs; and run workshops for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or related education in Mechanical, Architectural, IT, or similar fields
• Must have previous project management experience
• Must have previous experience with client relationship management
• Must have strong understanding of IT/AV Systems
• Experience with interior space design is an asset
• Should have knowledge within ergonomics, interior space designs, AV/IT technology, etc.
