COMMERCIAL CONTRACTS MANAGER - East York, Ontario
The Commercial Contracts Manager is a newly created role that is directly responsible to the Project Director. This role specializes in contracts management, schedule oversight, subcontractor administration, and particularly claims and change management. 

The role demands proficiency in handling complex commercial aspects of large-scale projects, showcasing a proven track record in managing contractual changes and efficiently resolving claims. This position is pivotal for maintaining the commercial aspect and integrity of their projects, requiring a high level of expertise in contract law, negotiation, and risk management.

Requirements:
-Education: Business, Law, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
-Proven combined experience in commercial and project management within the construction and infrastructure industries.
-Strong corporate understanding of contract law, procurement, cost and risk management, and negotiation techniques.
-Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and resolve conflicts.
-Ability to work in their project office 5 days a week is a requirement.
