Location: Jamnagar, Gujarat

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Jamnagar, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in mechanical works within construction projects, with strong exposure to both pre‑contract and post‑contract activities. This role requires a detail‑oriented professional capable of managing project costs, contracts, and site‑based quantity surveying functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
•Prepare, review, and manage quantities, BOQs, and cost estimates for mechanical works
•Handle pre‑contract activities including tendering, rate analysis, and bid evaluations
•Manage post‑contract functions such as billing, variations, claims, and cost control
•Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients for quantity‑related matters
•Conduct site measurements and verify contractor invoices
•Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and contractual requirements
•Support project planning and budgeting through accurate quantity forecasting
•Maintain documentation and reports related to QS activities
Requirements
Education: B.Tech/BE in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 10 years in mechanical quantity surveying on construction sites
Expertise in both pre‑contract and post‑contract activities
Strong understanding of EPC project environments
Availability: Immediate joiners or within 30 days (not beyond)
