construction manager

We are looking for Sr Construction Manager to be on site. Important client with complex engineering and construction projects.

Some of the functions are:
-Assist and lead the site safety management together with the project team and management.
-To play a leading role in the management of the site quality control together with the quality control manager.
-Assist in the management of the project schedule together with the project team and project manager.
-Management and tracking of all costs associated with the project, including: Labor, Materials, Plant and Equipment, etc.
-Support in the supervision of all daily site operations.
-Direct management of the Engineering project team, including alignment of all disciplines for the benefit of the project objectives.
-Management of subcontractor activities, including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels. Ensuring a weekly meeting is held with the subcontractor and package owners.

Minimum requirements:

-Good knowledge of the complete design and construction process.
-Ability to control and manage people and programs
-Professional background or third level qualification.
-Demonstrated experience in the coordination and management of large projects.
-A minimum of 5 years as a Construction Manager.
