TRS Staffing Solutions has exciting opportunities for a Construction Planning Lead role to work for one of Canada's top employers and a global leader in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management industry. 

Responsibilities:
 

• Conduct field assessments and provide guidance on mechanical installations and construction methodologies.
• Deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders to support decision-making.
• Support the development of modularization strategies and construction execution plans.
• Contribute to contract formation, evaluation, and negotiation for large-scale scopes.
• Lead and coordinate construction support activities across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Prepare high-quality technical documentation, including execution plans, trade-off studies, and progress reports.
• Provide expert input during early works planning, including infrastructure development and site mobilization.
• Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications
 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related technical field.
• 15+ years of experience in industrial construction, including remote or high-altitude environments.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Comfortable using digital tools for construction analysis and reporting.
• Demonstrated experience supporting early contractor involvement (ECI) and pre-construction planning.
• Prior experience in South American project environments is a strong asset.
• Strong background in mechanical systems, infrastructure development, and modular construction.
• Proficient in technical writing and presentation development.
• Proven ability to develop and support contracts exceeding $100M USD.
