"Our Glass & Aluminum manufacturing client is looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer with Can end-making process experience for the bottles and cans packaging section, to join the team. In this position, you will use a variety of process improvement tactics, including lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodology.”

SCOPE:
• Your job is to collect data and analyze current operating procedures to determine which continuous improvement process technique is the best for the client.
• The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering with a Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate concepts to fellow workers is required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Analyze current production data.
• Determine the best options for process improvement tactics.
• Train employees on new manufacturing practices
• Analyze output under new practices.
• Promote efficiency and safety in the plant.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification (preferred)
• Manufacturing engineering experience
• Analytical skills
