Client is looking for Contract Administrator Lead 

Industry: EPCM
Location: Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia

Requirements/Qualification:
  • 14-25+ years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience working on EPCM projects
  • Demonstrated ability to manage contracts with a scope of US$250 million to US$1 billion
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills
  • Experience with Middle East projects

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take initiative and lead assigned contracts of increasing complexity and value.
  • Support contract management activities across large-scale projects.
  • Assist multiple Contract Administrators and Managers in pre-award and post-award processes.
  • Read, interpret, and ensure compliance with the Prime Contract.
  • Lead internal RFP and RFP explanation meetings.
  • Conduct contract pre-award meetings, final negotiations, and oversee drafting/finalization of contract documents
  • Analyze commercial sections of proposals and coordination of technical proposal evaluations; develop final proposal evaluations and prepare contract recommendations, and present recommendations to project team and/or client
  • Organize and document communications and meetings with contractors
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions, coordinate technical scopes of work including interface with all project disciplines (project controls, legal services, project management, construction, engineering, finance/accounting, and client)
