Contract Manager

Our client is part of a global offshore engineering and construction company that delivers complex energy projects, including oil, gas, and renewables, across all water depths. They support regional energy infrastructure through its expertise in subsea technologies, project management, and sustainable offshore solutions.

Job Description:

• Facilitate full handover of contractual documentation from Sales & Marketing after contract award, ensuring all relevant materials are transferred accurately.
• Analyze main contract terms to identify the company’s obligations, risks, and opportunities, and lead contract awareness sessions for both onshore and offshore teams.
• Drive commercial performance by managing contractual obligations, claims, and variations to improve project profitability and minimize risk.
• Support subcontract strategy by preparing flow-down terms, advising on negotiations, and enforcing strong subcontract administration throughout execution.
• Manage project bonds, guarantees, and insurances in line with contract requirements, while maintaining high standards in correspondence, deliverables, and risk tracking.

Experience Required:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10–15 years of relevant industry experience, including subsea projects.
• Expertise in contracts, legal, and commercial management.
• Experience in subcontract management and international project environments.
• Technical understanding of offshore transportation and installation (SURF and Conventional).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
